The thesis presents evaluation of individual plots patchwork in villages divided by the A-4 motorway. The research includes ways of analyzing the occurrence of individual plots patchwork in Mrowla village located in Podkarpackie voivodship and divided by the A-4 motorway. The evaluation was carried out for the present state of land spatial structure and it was also studied how it will change after building the motorway. Obtained results show significant deterioration in the degree of configuration of individual plots spatial elements in Mrowla village after building the motorway.

In the thesis there has been presented the analysis of land strip pattern of individual grounds exemplified by Nowa Wies cut across by the motorway A-4 in the area of Rzeszowski District, from which results newly-created internal land strip pattern of researched place. Individual grounds in the researched area are greatly scattered as not only the owners residing in this village use these plots of ground but also people living outside the village (non-habitant owners). In the thesis there has been presented accessibility to the grounds belonging to non-habitant owners after the completion of motorway. For this reason there has been made a detailed analysis of owners' grounds' location in respect to their place of resi-dence and the access to them. There have been described non-habitant owners' grounds, and their spacious location has been presented. Non-habitant owners have been divided into ‘southern' and ‘northern' ones. There has been provided a method of internal land strip pattern study for the village cut across by the mo-torway which can be used in the process of grounds integration in the vicinity of the motorway. Obtained results prove that the motorway is going to cut across the access to the plots of ...
Occurrence of plot patchwork is one of significant factors having a negative influence on the organization and level of agricultural production. Those plots are located within the area of a village where their owners live but they can be also found beyond it. Grounds located in the external plot patchwork are in the pos-session of villagers as well as of commune and town dwellers. Inhabitants of ad-ministrative, service, industrial or cultural and educational centres are mainly legal heirs of parents who lived in the country or emigrated to cities. However, it is necessary to mention non-resident owners who have bought building lots in the country due to attractive location and prices. Research conducted so far allowed to specify the influence of cultural and administrative as well as industrial and service centers on the size of plots in external patchwork. Research was carried out in 44 villages of Brzozów district located in Podkarpackie voivodship. ...
In the paper were analysis and evaluation of plots patchwork in strip type in Brzeziny village, Puchaczów commune. Research was performed and was used to descriptive-research method. Studies include the registered parcel of land defined by: surface, elongation, shape, access to it from the building. Getting to know the atatus of the test spatial structure of land allowed for random-stratified selection of plots for detailed analysis so that in proportion to the number of parcels in the area group accounted for at least 10% of its numbers. In total, the research detailed adopted 226 the total number of plots. The greatest defect of the plots studied in detail is their excessive elongation particular region of south-east of the village. The studies prove the existence of many defects in the spatial structure of land in studied plots. This is primarily a consequence of land trading and fair inheritance. Analysis of the structureand ownershipof landletto note thatin the studyof the villageup96.7% of the land belongs toprivateownerswhile77% of its surface isarable land. Approximately 25% of the plotsdo not have accessto a public road. Occurence of plot patchwork is a phenomenon which has negative influence at the agricultural production level. Southern and south-eastern area of Poland is characterized by a rather high fragmentation and presence a lot of factors which adversely influence the cultivation of agricultural land. In the article was analyzed the spatial structure of land in 29 villages of the Cyców commune, located in district of Łęczna, Lubelskie Voivodship. The authors use the method of zero unitarisation for the purposes of determining the order of undertaking consolidation works and exchange of land in the area of research. The basis for calculation is the database of 10 factors (x1- x10) accepted for three groups of issues. In studies focused on the land of natural persons divided into out-of-village owners and locals owners from Cyców commune. Essential changes in the agricultural space are possible to achieve only by consolidation and exchange of land. However, these activities could not be made at one time in all areas because of limited financial resources. There is therefore a need to determine the areas which first need consolidation and exchange of land. In the paper has been tried to determine which villages of the analyzed commune should be ...
