Surveys of land configuration agricultural plots in Filipowice were carried out on the basis of the data obtained from a numerical map and the computer program. This procedure to a large degree had an influence on both acceleration and cutting of labour intensity of the surveys. All agricultural plots which belong to the farms situated in Filipowice were taken into consideration by the surveys in order to assess both their basic land configuration parameters and cultivation costs. ...
Changes, occurring in agricultural production space and caused by human activities, impact the present state of farmland spatial structure. In Southern Po-land, farm plots are unfavourably shaped and excessively fragmented and, thus, they cannot be as effectively utilized as are the properly shaped plots having an optimal surface area. This actual state of spatial structure forces the necessity for performing arrangement and agricultural works with the aim to reconstruct the existing farmland system so that its prospective agricultural utilization becomes effective and brings measurable financial profits. In the paper, results of the research into the ladn configuration of plots earmarked for grassland are presented. The plots researched belong to farms situ-ated in a village of Filipowice, in the Province of Małopolska. The village studied has ca. a 980 ha area and is characterized by a high farm land fragmentation rate. A basic surface element that was taken for analysis were continuous parts of ca-dastral plots utilized using only one utilization type. The research comprised all the plots with grassland in the selected village; they belonged to the farms existing in this village. To analyse such a very large number of plots, three specialist com-puter software were applied, i.e.: „MKTopo ...

To ana-lyse such a very large number of plots, three specialist computer software were applied, „MKTopo GUTR", „Plikpol", and „Pole"; they apply data from a nu-meric cadastre map and from descriptive part of the digital file of lands and build-ings register. Applied technology allowed to obtain more than 70 features charac-terizing each analyzed plot. Seventeen basic features land configuration of a plots were accurately studied. The first six features determine spatial parameters of plot, the next three features refer to estimate costs of cultivating a given plot depending on the land configuration plots, the subsequent three features depict the location of a plot in the village and in the ...
The following study presents description of the preparatory process which is aimed at optimizing rural land structure in Wojków village, utilizing areal elements separated in case of subdivided parcels encompassed by consolidation. Both the introductory procedures and the specialist computer programs enable to prepare data which, during the further stage of research, will make it possible to build and develop a new optimization model of spatial structure of a chosen village and will let us compare the results in relation to the former optimization method that utilizes division of complex parts into elementary stripes of land. ...
The following study presents results of the research concerning land con-figuration of fields earmarked for grasslands that constitute farmsteads located in Filipowice village. In order to determine basic features of the land configuration of fields and farms, the following, specialist computer programs were applied: MKTopoGUTR, Plikpol and Pole. A basic areal element considered during the re-search were fields that constitute continuous parts of cadastral parcels and com-prise a uniform form of cultivation. The run analysis dealt with the basic land con-figuration features that include: land spatial parameters, estimated costs of cultivation depending on land configuration, land location within the village and farm area as well as a farmstead basic features. In order to carry out detailed re-search, statistic methods were used made it possible to determine correlation coef-ficients between the studied features and worked out to draw up the correlation charts of dispersion. The run analysis enabled to determine to which extent the land configuration of fields earmarked for grasslands and farms spatial features influence on expenses related to their cultivation. ...
The following study presents the results of the research concerning land configuration of arable lands that constitute farmsteads located in Filipowice vil-lage. In order to determine basic features of the land configuration of arable lands and farms, the following, specialist computer programs were applied: MKTopo-GUTR, Plikpol and Pole. A basic areal element considered during the research were fields that constitute continuous parts of cadastral plots and comprise a single form of cultivation. The conducted analysis deals with the basic land configuration features that include: land spatial parameters, estimated costs of cultivation depending on land configuration, land location within the village and farm area and farm basic features. So as to carry out a detailed research, certain statistic methods were used. They enable to determine correlation coefficient between the studied features and make it possible to draw up the correlation charts of dispersion. The conducted analysis let us determine to which extent the land configuration of arable lands and farms spatial features influence the expenses related to their cultivation. ...

The article covers the issue of changes in the scope of ownership of land bordering with the flowing waters. Detailed studies will be carried out on registered parcels of land, in the direct neighborhood of the river Ropa - the area of the city Biecz. The data obtained will allow to determine in what extent the flowing waters cause changes in the existing boundaries of the parcels, forcing a re-determination of the coastline, and what is the effect of the influence that waters have on the agricultural production area. ...
The method used to optimize the rural land system takes into account two basic trends of its improvement: approaching lands to habitats and the size and shape of plots. The basis for creating optimization model is the division of the con-solidation lands complexes into small elementary strips and determining their dis-tances to farm habitats. The final result of the optimization procedure is a com-plete digital map of the new land deployment allowing to summarize the required cadastral documentation. Time-consuming processes of data preparation, model construction and its solutions have been automated by computer programs, which enable practical application of this method. The optimization, carried out for of Filipowice village, prowed that changie of existing land deployment, so that the main direction of the parcel was to be parallel to the axis of the development, can substantially reduce the length and surface of roads. The share of roads in the en-tire village area was reduced by optimizing from 3 to 2%, while the plots were brought 200 closer to farm habitats and the number of plots was reduced fourtr-mes. ...
An innovative method developed for estimating the highway impact on agricultural land allows determining all losses associated with the directions of this interaction. The basis for determining losses is the analysis of variability of land use and quality classes and the deployment of access roads to the land along the axis of the planned highway. Adopted measure of the multidirection impact of the highway on agricultural land is a specified amount of change in the value of land, at which determination only the diversity of the land suitability for agricultural production is taken into account. The developed method for estimating the highway impact on agricultural land is presented on the example of the designed section of the A4 motorway between Rzeszow and Tarnow with about 79 km of length. These are the areas located in the Podkarpackie Voivodship. The construction of one kilometer of the analysed section of the highway will cause the reduction of the agricultural land value amounting on average about 1,500 of cereal units. Taking land for the highway construction and its negative impact covers about 70% of the total loss of value of agricultural land. The remaining 30% loss of value of the land is associated ...
