The study constitutes the attempts at presentation the different factors which determine agritourism infrastructure development in Nowosądecki Province.In the theoretical part of the article the essence of agritourism infrastruc-ture was presented. Elements included in the infrastructure were characterized. Basic infrastructure in agritourism - accommodation base and food base were shown. Concomitant base, in other words recreation base was presented, too. Moreover different factors determining the development of widely understood infrastructure in agritourism were presented. Results of researches carried out in 42 agritourism farms and in district offices in communes of Nowosądeckie Province: Jerzmanowice - Przeginia, Rytro i Stary Sącz were presented, too. The study constitutes the attempt of answer what kind of state of knowledge from the scope of sustainable development of rural areas conception is represented by students of three years Agritourism Specialization at Agriculture and Economics Faculty of Agricultural University in Cracow. The aim of conducted questionnaire researches was to determine the role of agritourism in this conception. The respondents seemed to be aware of essential role which sustainable development of rural areas conception plays. They mainly indicated these elements which are connected with environment preservation, for example by common neighborly cooperation with local autonomy, institutions and ecological organizations and economical management of natural resources – all in all 60 answers. In the part of questionnaire related to issues connected with agritourism – examined students seemed to discern the role of agritourism in the conception of sustainable development of rural areas. They mainly indicated to landscape integrity, culture values and to the development of infrastructure supporting ecological tourism patterns. The study constitutes the attempt at presentation the state of infrastructure for ecotourism in Malopolska Voivodeship. In the theoretical part of the article term “ecotourism” has been defined and its different forms have been detailed, too. Moreover infrastructure for ecotourism has been characterized, too. Agritourism and ecoagritourism as forms of ecotourism have been presented, too. Ecotouristic values in Malopolska Voivodeship, as region characterized by big protected area have been shown, too. The article concerns logistic procedures in the promotion of agritourism services used by farmers engaged in agritourism and by agritourism associations, local authorities in municipalities and agricultural advisorycenters. On the basis of the literature, various promotional instruments used by rural service providers and by these entities in the communication processes with the market were shown. Logistic aspects concerning planning and implementation of agritourism development were presented, mainly the role of agritourism information and promotional activities in these processes. Farmers providing agritouristic services most often use various forms of promotion. Among them, they use online advertising, publishing houses, including catalogs, trips to gritourism fairs, personal sale and different forms of public relation. In the agritourism promotion they often have support from local authorities, agritourism associations and agricultural advisory centres. All promotionalactivities undertaken by farmers themselves and with the support of these entities constitute an important part of agrotourism logistics. ...
