Currently, the control of supplement payment to agriculture concerns on verification of size of agriculture crops, proceeding of suitable agricultural culture. The size of tillages is defining using law resolution ortophotomap according state of terrain before months (even years). Permanent demands of European Committee Union relating repayment of supplement money for polish agriculture, show that the method applied so far and the supervisory procedures are insufficient. The aim of the article is to present the optimum control methodology of applications relating direct supplement payment to agriculture, on the basis of remote sensing and geodetic data. Thanks to the presented methodology, an effective and giving the unambiguous results control system will be possible to construct. Building and application of interpretative keys as well as the comparative patterns in expertise system for data analysis, will enable the quick identification and the technical description of the crop area. It will be possibleby applying of Unnmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) imageries. ...
Currently national parks are collecting considerable quantities of spatial data. These data are gaining over from air, ground as well as water. The data exists in both digital and analog form, and to processed them various systems with different functionalities and the different degree of complexity are used. The building of geoinformation infrastructure of the Parks is going through satellite and aerial images as well as surveying data. Measurements data are collected mostly using Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) receivers. The wide possibilities in this field offer also, less used in national parks technologies, Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) as well as the LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging). The analytic study of data is mainly basing on GIS (Geographical Information System) application, which makes possible the analysis of data base and elevation data. These data set has also spatial reference, which makes possible e. g. defining intensity of touristic routes of degree of moisture of forest bedding. In this paper the possibility of utilization of GIS system type on the example of Ujście Warty National Park were presented. The national park currently creates analytical solutions to provide the multi-access to spatial information. The basis for obtaining information are the attribute ...
Following the torrential rain and floods that occurred between 1997 and 2010, there has been an emergence of new and previously activated processes related to soil and rock landslides in the Polish Carpathians. In light of the damage incurred by landslides, there is a problem with the thorough diagnosis of the nature of phenomena and thus the development of methods to prevent landslides in the future. This article discusses the problem of surveying landslide areas. It highlights the possibility of using photogrammetric methods for digital imaging, as well as determines the dimensions when estimating the mass of buildings within the area of a landslide, with particular emphasis on the use of an unmanned aerial system (UAS). The described method for obtaining processing images involves a non-metric camera mounted on a UAS. The designed projections centre on individual images and elements of angular orientation and the camera interior. This enables the creation and texturing of a triangulated irregular network (TIN) model. The final result in this work is a digital surface model (DSM) and an orthophotomap. It was found that characteristic land types have been occurring in the landslide substrate with key parameters determining their properties. This enabled the determination of ...
