In article there is shown problems concerned drainage network system in realization of building process. The most important issue is an information about drainage system in the moment of designig of building and getting a building per-mises. It will alow to avoid destruction of this network during a building process. The result of such destroy may have irrepalable effects (flooded parcel with no possibilities of restoring it to initial stage). In article there is shown both analysis of legal regulations concerned those problems and analysis of documentation of chosen buildings' processes realized on the territory of commune Stare Babice in Warsaw's West district. ...
