The possibilities of using infrastructural land consolidations in the process of restructuring the spatial structure of rural ares

Numerous investments of linear and spatial nature whose location relates to rural areas are being carried out at the present moment in Poland. The charac-teristic in our country defective spatial structure of agricultural farms in the areas of the realization of the investments being is disorganized much more. The studies of spatial development and the directions of the development of communes are the determinants of the trends which communes want to realize on their terrain and they result from the analyses of developmental possibilities and planning on the national level which relates to highways. It will be introduced in the study the in-fluence, what the building of the fragment of the highway made A-4 in the of Little Poland province on one from list grounds from the commune of Głogów Malopolska. The directions of the changes of the use of the land were also intro-duced so that the realization of infrastructural land consolidation shoud allow to improve the disorganized deployment of parcels on agricultural farms the realiza-tion of the idea of the multifunction development of village. The necessity of the solutions to the project of infrastructural land consolidation was also touched upon in a wider aspect than only the improvement ...

CONCEPT OF THE MULTICRITERIA MODEL OF SPATIAL ANALYSES AS SUPPORT OF SPACE DEVELOPMENT IN RURAL AREAS

The land consolidation process is a measure transforming the spatial structure of rural areas in the countries of the European Union and Poland. It is a complex, extremely labour-consuming investment process preceded by a detailed inventory of the existing state, and analysis of objectives and tools as well as effects expected after its completion. It should constitute a component of sustainable and multifunctional development of rural areas, stimulating the development of functions fulfilled by such areas in the economic, social, and environmental aspect. Through changes in the ownership structure and land use, it permits designation of functional-spatial areas, therefore reducing potential spatial conflicts. It has a positive effect on the development of agriculture, and particularly ecological production, and other non-agricultural functions. The article presents a concept of the multicriteria model of spatial analyses aimed at supporting sustainable and multifunctional development of rural areas, with particular consideration of the land consolidation process. The concept of the model was prepared in accordance with the assumptions of the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. This permitted ordering the rich resource of diverse input data in a logical structure for the purpose of development of multi-variant solutions to a given decision problem , and selection of ...

IMPACTS OF THE TRANSMISSION INFRASTRUCTURE ON THE AGRICULTURAL SPACE

The characteristic feature of the transmission infrastructure is its course over numerous properties of diversified protection status (arable lands, forest lands, Natura 2000 sites, national and landscape parks, historical areas, urban areas, areas threatened by floods). Considering this, as well as the fact that in Poland arable and forest lands cover about 91% of the entire country, and the Natura 2000 network covers about 20% of lands, it should be stated that the level of impacts of transmission installations on the agricultural space is considerably high. The objective of this paper is to analyse impacts of power lines (of high and very high voltages) on the agricultural space at the stage of investments implementation and exploitation of transmission installations. ...
