The study has in view to determine the planning studies impact on the value of the landscape. Attempt to assess the landscape have been taken prior to the adoption of local land use plan and after its enactment. The assessment was con-ducted on the basis of aerial photographs of the test terrain and the vision of the local. In this paper has been concluded comparative analysis of land-use plans for this terrain. The area which was analysed this „industrial zone" villages Morzy-chna. In order to determine the planning studies impact on the value of the land-scape has been used method the curve of the Wejchert. The method involves on contractual presentation of impressions and thrills the observer. By granting points in duly selected scale the observer shall be guided by intensity of sensations at specified intervals or, at a specified distance. The author of method proposes ten points at scale as well as mark them on a graph for the illustrating the changeability of impressions and thrills in contact with the landscape. ...
An innovative method developed for estimating the highway impact on agricultural land allows determining all losses associated with the directions of this interaction. The basis for determining losses is the analysis of variability of land use and quality classes and the deployment of access roads to the land along the axis of the planned highway. Adopted measure of the multidirection impact of the highway on agricultural land is a specified amount of change in the value of land, at which determination only the diversity of the land suitability for agricultural production is taken into account. The developed method for estimating the highway impact on agricultural land is presented on the example of the designed section of the A4 motorway between Rzeszow and Tarnow with about 79 km of length. These are the areas located in the Podkarpackie Voivodship. The construction of one kilometer of the analysed section of the highway will cause the reduction of the agricultural land value amounting on average about 1,500 of cereal units. Taking land for the highway construction and its negative impact covers about 70% of the total loss of value of agricultural land. The remaining 30% loss of value of the land is associated ...
Digital photogrammetry is one of the intensively developing areas of technical sciences. Increasing participation in the surveying works have digital devices and solutions giving new possibilities in creation of the appropriate map elements and models as well. A particular role to play has the laser scanning technology allowing to present surveyed space or area in the 3D form. Digital Terrain Models for agricultural areas obtained on its basis may be presented in different ways using professional software.Due to the fact, that in recent years almost the entire Poland was covered with laser scanning, collecting information about the Earth's surface in the form of a cloud of points with high accuracy is a relatively fast process and the results of their elaboration are widely used in many fields. The paper presents the methods of Digital Terrain Models visualization of agriculture areas for three different objects created on the basis of data derived from airborne laser scanning. The study included agricultural locations - two of them (Strzelce Wielkie and Kamionka Wielka) located in the Malopolskie Voivodship, the third - Mątowy Wielkie in Pomorskie Voivodship, in Żuławy. DTM visualizations were prepared in Macrostation, Terrasolid and Surfer 10 software. For the Mątowy Wielkie object ...
In the paper the tests of landscape valuation with regard to its measurable value was performed. The usefulness of landscape valuation was examined in the process of real estate appraisal. The kinds of landscapes which occurre in the Klucze commune were de-scribed. Main types and detailed ones were obtained for the agricultural landscape as well as for the settling one. Next, the succesive stages of determination of theoretical value of landscape were presented using Coefficients of Terrain Rele-vance. To determine them the set of features characterizing the spatial structure of village was used. The features were divided in the relation to the structures of the land use, of agricultural use, of rural settling as well as conditions of natural en-vironment. Three groups of Coefficients of Terrain Relevance representing agri-cultural activity, non-agricultural as well as recreational were obtained. To show the usefulness of the Coefficients of Terrain Relevance and to show they practical use, the test of comparison of their values with the base of market prices of real es-tate occurring in commune Klucze was performed. The analysis of results was il-lustrated in cartographical form, taking into account the connection of the Coeffi-cients of Terrain Relevance with prices of both land ...
