The new challenge of science and geodetic practice is the rate of utilisation the legal boundary from the former Austrian cadastre map during modernization of the land and building records. It is very important possibility especially in ca-dastral map informatization and the process of real estate legal status regulation. The presentation of studies results is a constitute of important information, con-cerning the scale values of ownership boundary location and also possibilities of their use.
