Increase in the number of organic farms and the area occupied by the crops grown organically demonstrates the interest of farmers this farming system. To maintain this trend, farmers must pay adjustment conventional farms to organic.
This paper presents results of research aimed at understanding the reasons for the switch management system for organic production. Based on the survey also identified motifs take agrotourist activities on organic farms, the relationship between revenue and costs in this business and markets for the products produced on organic farms.
