The process for submitting papers is OPEN all year long. Manuscripts should be written entirely in English and adjusted to the sample paper (see below). The length of manuscript submitted for publication cannot exceed 10 pages of A4 computer printout, typed using Times New Roman font. Information about the font size and spacing will be given separately. The bulk of the paper mentioned above comprises all of its components: the title, summaries, the main text, figures, tables and list of references.

Title of the paper should be typed in majuscule bold font, 12p. with 1.0 spacing.
The first and last name of the author, typed in bold italics, 11p. should be placed under the title with 1.5 spacing. The author's affiliation should be stated under the name in italics, 8p.
Abstract, font 10p, with 1.0 spacing should state, in 10-15 lines (no more than 500 words), the necessary facts referring to the paper, briefly outline the aim of research, give the most important results and relevant conclusions. Any citations should be avoided.
Keywords, 6 words reflecting the important contents of the paper, font 10p.
Further part of the manuscript, divided into chapters, should be typed using 11-point font with 1.5 spacing.
Chapter headings should be typed using Majuscule bold 11-point font and centered.
Introduction should outline a general background of the problem.
Material and Methods should provide the description of applied research methodology with references, highlight Author's own proposals and the directions of further development.
Results and discussion may be stated jointly. Mathematical formulas cannot be given as images, variables must be written in italics. Equations should be numbered with Arabic numeral, fractions spelled with slash, all typed using 11-point font.
Conclusions should result from the presented investigations and highlight their importance.
Acknowledgments - brief and tactful, may be placed for the reference list
References should be listed at the end (10p). The list should contain only the references quoted or cited in the text. Subsequent references should not be numbered, each new position should be written without indentation and all should be typed with 1.0 spacing, however all individual positions should be separated with a double spacing. Manuscripts should be submitted in the American Psychological Association Publication Guide (APA) 2017 edition. Guidelines for citation can be found below.

The Authors' personal data, detailed affiliation, addresses (telephone, e-mail) with corresponding Author (for many authors), should be stated on the right hand side under the Reference list (font 10p.).
Tables, figures and photographs should be pasted into the text, however the Editors reserve the right to shift them at the manuscript typesetting.
Tables, numbered with Arabic numerals, with the titles typed above (10p.), the title e.g. Table 1 - in bold. The table size should not exceed the area of 13 x 19cm, except when a table exceeds a sheet and must be printed separately. The test in tables should be typed using 9-point font with a single spacing, the table gridlines - 0.5p thick.
Figures, photographs and charts should be numbered with Arabic numerals and captions under them typed using 10-point font (Figure 1). Figures are printed in color, so the Authors are kindly requested to choose contrasting colors. Only black lettering must be used for all descriptions in the figures. The minimum required resolution of the JPG or TIFF files is 600dpi.
Formulas should be typed using 11-point font (do not provide them as images), in SI units. It is recommended to use equations editor, e.g. Microsoft Eq.

ORCID ID and account number are required at https://orcid.org. If author(s) could provide their ORCID number, this would allow linking the paper with their ORCID profile, and ultimately get a higher visiblity for the journal and authors.
Authors are required to submit a declaration for authors.

Manuscripts should be submitted by e-mail to: infraeco.english@gmail.com

Please find attached below a sample paper, an example of a reference list, a declaration, and a review form:

Reviewing procedure

A paper written in correct English (American spelling) and following the editorial requirements, should be submitted in electronic form to: infraeco.english@gmail.com
Accepted manuscript is sent to the English editors team of our journal for linguistic methodological and qualification procedures, conducted in close contact with the Author.
To evaluate each submitted publication, at least two independent reviewers will be appointed. The adopted solution is a model in which the author(s) and reviewers do not know their identities (the so-called "double-blind peer review process"). The review is in writing and ends with an unequivocal conclusion as to whether the article is accepted for publication is rejected. The publication will be approved/rejected if the merit criteria and the editing criteria are / are not met.
The editor returns (via e-mail) the manuscript with reviewers' comments to the corresponding Author, who should refer to the review, revise the paper following the reviewers' guidelines or respond to their comments within ten days. The Author supplies the missing personal data (names and family names of the Authors and their institutional affiliations - inserted between the manuscript titles, as well as the authors' personal data and addresses put at the end of the manuscript) and returns the manuscript to the editorial office at: infraeco.english@gmail.com
In case of one negative review, the Section Editor conducts an additional assessment or sends the manuscript to the third reviewer, whose opinion determines further proceedings. Two negative reviews or two in the set of three eliminate the paper from any further proceedings.

Ghostwriting and guest authorship

Reliability is one of the foundations on which we build quality in science. Readers should be absolutely certain that the authors of the publication transparently, reliably and honestly present the results of their work, irrespective of whether they are its direct authors or whether they used the support of some specialized entity (natural or legal person). The proof of the scientist's ethical behavior and the highest editorial standards should be found in the openness of information concerning the subjects contributing to the publication (merit, material, financial and other contributions). This is the a reflection of not only decency but also of social responsibility.

"Ghostwriting" takes place when someone made a significant contribution to the creation of the publication, but their role was not revealed either as one of the authors or in the acknowledgements included in the article. "Guest authorship" ("honorary authorship") happens when the author's contribution is negligible or when the contribution never occurred and yet they are the author/co-author of the publication. All discovered cases will be exposed, including passing this information to relevant entities (institutions employing the authors, scientific societies, associations of scientific editors, etc.).

To prevent any cases of "ghostwriting" and "guest authorship" the editors oblige the authors to submit a signed declaration on this matter.

Academic ethics policy

The editor believes that while submitting the manuscript for publication, the Author therefore declares that he is entitled to do so, the paper is original and has not been published elsewhere or submitted for publication and that after publication the copyright passes to Infrastructure and Ecology of Rural Areas

The publisher and Journal have a strict policy on plagiarism. We check for any plagiarism issues using two methods: a plagiarism prevention tool (plagiat.pl) and a review check. All submissions will be checked through Plagiat.pl before being sent to reviewers.

As in many other journals the Editorial Board:

"Follows the rules on academic writing and academic ethics, according to the work by M. Roig (2003; 2006) Avoiding plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and other questionable writing practices: A guide to ethical writing, available online at http://www.cse.msu.edu/~alexliu/plagiarism.pdf.

We suggest that all potential contributors of the Journal, reviewers and readers duly follow this guidance in order to avoid any misconceptions in academic writing.

Editors and reviewers will blind referee all manuscripts following the guidelines explicitly highlighted by COPE http://publicationethics.org.

All papers are printed under the license CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.

Please be advised that the estimated time for processing an article is approximately 120 days, while Authors receive a decision on accepting an article for processing (made by the Section Editor) within 10 days of submission.
